Continental Hotels S.A. or associated companies / partners, which may be fit for you (unless you have sent a written notification, requesting not to be contacted for this purpose);
3.7. Bonuses, discounts or other advantages.
Art.4. Information Disclosure
S.C. Continental Hotels S.A. may disclose the information to:
4.1. Associated companies / partners, which can use the information for the same purposes as S.C. Continental Hotels S.A.;
4.2. Third parties mentioned under art. 3.6.;
4.3. Credit reference agencies (unless otherwise agreed), which may share customer information with other organisations and keep debtor records.
Art.5. Information Transfer Outside the Borders of Romania
For the purposes specified under art. 1, S.C. Continental Hotels S.A. may transfer information to third party foreign companies.
Art.6. Your Rights
6.1. Reffering to the information processing, you are hereby notified that you have the following rights:
a) to obtain, upon request and free once a year, the confirmation that data concerning you are processed by us;
b) to oppose at any time so that the data concerning you except when there are legal stipulations, not to be processed.. In case of opposition, the processing will not be made;
c) dto oppose, at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that the data is processed for target direct marketing on behalf of S.C. Continental Hotels S.A. or a third party, or to be disclosed to third parties for such a purpose;
d) to forward a complaint to the supervisor in case you do not feel that the data were processed according to law;
6.2. For situations described in a), b) and c) you will submit a written, signed and dated request. The request will specify if you want the information to be communicated to a specific address (e-mail) or by a mail service delivery to ensure confidentiality.
6.3. S.C. Continental Hotels S.A. will communicate the measures taken / information requested within 15 days of receipt.
